Administrative Assistant for a Neath based Accountancy firm
**Your new company**
A small and friendly Accountancy firm based in Neath, looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
**Your new role**
- Reception duties, both in person and on the telephone
- Filing
- Maintaining databases, logging all calls and contact with clients
- Collating new client information and creating new client records
- Filing accounts and returns with HMRC
- Sorting incoming post
- Scan and file documents

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in complying with GDPR regulations and confidentiality
- Organisational Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with Professionals such as Accountants and HMRC

**What you'll get in return**
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
