**Job brief**

We are looking for a competitive Transport Assistance/Telesales at our Builders Merchant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include processing orders over phone and internet. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Take telephone enquiries/order
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Online Chat - wordpress
- Online orders on ebay/ website and facebook
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Help with transport and schedules
- Follow all company’s policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Retail Experience is advisable but not essential
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- GCSE qualification
- Language: English
- Use of Microsoft Office - word, excel etc.
- Use of online chat - online

**Shift Pattern - Full Time**:
Monday - Friday

Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm

(37.5 hrs per week)
