You will be joining an 180+ strong team. We all catch up and celebrate at different events throughout the year (End of Year and Summer parties). In your role you will be out and about and get to see the incredible work our Operations team carry out to provide a safe living and working experience, 24/7 and 365 days per year.

**Location**

This position will be based in our City property.

Our urbanest City property hosts a unique historic attraction - a portion of the Roman Wall In collaboration with Museum of London this important piece of London’s history has been showcased alongside an Exhibition of unique artefacts. The exhibition space will be opened to the public - 9am to 6pm every day of the week.

In your role you will provide a warm welcome to visitors of the exhibition, ensure the space remains presentable and ensure guests maintain a respectful distance from the wall and historic artefacts.

**Supporting our visitors & Customer Support Assistants***
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
- Offer a friendly welcome to all guests. Register visitors, advise them on where to store their personable belongings and managing bookings as appropriate.
- Provide key information to visitors and signpost guests to further information.
- Act as an ambassador of urbanest with customers, role modelling company values, personal presentation, politeness and professionalism at all times. Assist our Customer Support Assistant team with building walks, inspecting our communal areas; our power house - the plant room, the lifts and the corridors.

**Maintaining the Exhibition Space**
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the exhibition space - escalating any issues and concerns to the urbanest Operations teams where required.
- Clean the exhibition space to maintain the excellent appearance of the area - polishing handrails and dusting the exhibition information stations.
- Collaborate with the on-site café team to ensure safe access of visitors, staff and contractors.
- Protect the artefacts by ensuring the guests maintain a respectful distance from the wall and other historic pieces on display.
- Deal with issues or incidents and calling the emergency services when needed.
- Understand the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all that you do and report anything that is not safe.
- Due to the nature of our business and this specific role there are other adhoc tasks which occur throughout the annual lifecycle - this JD is not exhaustive.**Your Terms**
- Salary £24,000 p.a. and access to our full range of urbanest benefits
- A smart presentation is important - your urbanest top and name badge will be provided.
- You will work 36 hours per week, on a flexible shift system. Shift example; 8:30 - 18:30.
- Working 4 days on and 4 days off including weekends.
