**Housekeeper 35 hrs | Spire Little Aston Hospital | permanent | Part Time | £22,327.50 per annum FTE + Extensive Benefits**

Spire Little Aston are expanding the scope of services we offer our patients and as such we’re looking for a Housekeeper to join our friendly team. This role will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors.

This position is a part-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week, completing shifts 18:00 - 01:00 5/7 days per week on a rota shared equally amongst the team.

This an excellent opportunity and a great role for someone that can thrive in a busy environment and enjoys speaking to people.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Responding to any ad-hoc requests from patients to ensure their comfortable stay
- Assisting the housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties
- Making sure patients feel they are receiving a first class service at all times

**Who we're looking for**:

- A customer service-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
