The Product Specialist
- Conversion and Retailing is an expert and leader for conversion optimisation in the customer flow. They determine the how, what, when, and where for how content is presented and integrated into the customer journey. They have deep experience on BA's product offering and can utilise data-driven insights and industry expertise to improve sales process conversion. The Product Specialist will sit within the Buy product team and can provide support across the customer journey in other product teams where funnel conversion is critical. They will work most closely with the product owners, business analysts, engineers, designers etc

**What we're looking for**:

- Solution orientated problem solver, can quickly process and understand information, identify options, and present back clearly and simply
- Data driven, able to understand when data and insight is required to aid and measure change
- Demonstrable ability handle ambiguity balancing often-conflicting demands
- Proven relationship management across different areas
- Understanding of product development from ideation to release

**About you**:

- Experience in retailing and ecommerce
- Experience working with digital products with long customer or sales funnels with focus on conversion
- Adept in industry analysis - critical analysis of product available from competitors and in adjacent industries
- Strong understanding of the products offered at BA
- Knowledge or experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural) would be beneficial
- Experience in change programmes within the organisation, especially those involving digital assets

We are looking to complete interview assessment for this role during the first and second week of January 2023.
