Family Thrive is the integrated targeted early intervention service in Lewisham. A relatively new service that works holistically with families to set goals and help them achieve it through targeted interventions to improve outcomes.

We recognise that investing in effective, targeted support enables families to draw on their own resources and overcome challenges.
