**Company and Role**:
Our client is currently seeking a new Project Manager to support a 12-18 month project pipeline following a series of acquisitions and consequential integrations required across the UK and Western Europe. With further sites earmarked across the US / NorthAmerica, you'll be at the heart of technology projects required to underpin their growth strategy.
You'll be responsible for understanding the status of newly acquired locations and scope how best to integrate / migrate into the existing business. Projects will vary in size from £500k to £1m and will include delivery across Infrastructure, Support, Hardware,Systems/Apps and 3rd party providers.
We're looking for someone experienced in delivering technical infrastructure projects in Prince 2 or Waterfall frameworks - so the role is also open to IT Managers or similar who are interested in full time technical Project Management. Agile experience wouldalso be beneficial, as software projects are likely to occur in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects whilst liaising with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the best outcome.
- Create plans for projects complete with budgetary information and resource needs.
- Outline project success criteria and communicate them to all stakeholders.
- Provide status reporting across leadership regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Track and report project financials against estimate; escalate and resolve financial issues as they arise.
- Manage project scope, timeline and budget changes.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risk
- Act as the escalation point when issues arise with the customer or partner on engagements.
- Reinforce appropriate implementation practices, templates, policies, and tools to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track deliverables using appropriate PM tools
- Provide appropriate support and information to the ICT Operations & Projects Manager outlining relevant issues, trends and policies.
- Establish strong, effective relationships with all members of the ICT Department and it’s key customers - internal and external.
- Ensure internal and external compliance requirements, undertake assigned audits, communicating outcomes and supporting and driving action points.
- This position will include occasional travel within the UK & Europe - largely for project start-up / scope phase.
