As our Strategic Communications Lead, you’ll be working directly with the Strategic Communications Manager to create and continuously evolve our corporate narrative and supporting communications strategy across our Customer Service Group business which supports our customer, business, and people priorities.

What you'll do:

- Developing and delivering plans that support priority programmes and initiatives in CSG
- Delivering leadership visibility plans
- Proactively managing stakeholders, understanding their needs, and then building and delivering plans to support those
- Making sure all CSG communications tell a joined-up story, with a consistent look and feel and tone of voice in line with the Sky brand
- Building relationships with the key communicators in CSG and across the wider business

What you'll bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in a communications role at this level
- Proactive and action oriented with a proven track record of delivering multiple programmes at scale and at pace
- Ability to form trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Forward thinking and restless to shape engaging and impactful communications plans
- Ability to quickly understand complex business areas and develop communications that are fit for purpose
- Resilience and tenacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write great communications that sound like Sky - no jargon, no stuffy stuff
