Coed Du Hall is a privately owned mental health hospital, set in beautiful countryside, approximately 4 miles outside the town of Mold.
The hospital is looking for an Administrator to work Monday-Friday 8-4pm or 9-5pm.
The role requires someone who can utilise Microsoft Word and Excel.
The main duties of the role are, but not limited to the undernoted. This is a developing role, so flexibility is a must. A good work ethic is required, as the role can be demanding at times.
- Answer telephone calls, transfer calls or take accurate messages
- Welcome all visitors to Coed Du, and ensure they sign in and follow Covid guidelines.
- Take control of all deliveries as they arrive and take to relevant departments.
- Answer door to patients and deal with any requests they may have and re-direct to relevant person.
- Take minutes from MDT's and update documents and forward to relevant bodies
- Co-ordinate MDT meetings ensuring all relevant bodies are aware of meeting, time, date etc.
- Order stock as required (Stationery and Cleaning products).
- Check all invoices and submit to HO for payment.
- Take responsibility for staff rota's ensuring sufficient staff available to meet the demands of the service.
- Dealing with incoming post and taking post as and when required.
- Assist management with any requirements they may have.
- Must be willing to be trained in Mental Health Act Law for the administration of the Mental Health Act.
- Assist with recruitment.
This is an interesting and varied role, with no two days being the same.
We do require an Enhanced DBS, and you must be prepared to complete all mandatory and inhouse training
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
