**HR Coordinators - Bodmin, Cornwall**

**One Full Time (12-month Fixed Term Contract for Maternity Cover) and one Part Time Permanent Position**

Two exciting HR Coordinator opportunities in the HR team of Smile Together Dental CIC, starting from 1st June 2023.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Ensuring a smooth, efficient and people-centric recruitment process
- Overseeing absenteeism and other HR management procedures within the organisation
- Performing HR processes to a consistent standard that comply with current legislation
- Accurately delivering HR and related organisational administrative duties within deadlines, preparing relevant documentation and correspondence

**Our package includes**:

- Salary £26,604 per annum (pro rata to contractual hours)
