- Confident Excel user
- Clear communicator and happy to make outbound calls to other departments and customers to resolve billing queries
- Driven and motivated
- Accurate data entry and excellent attention to detail is essential

**The duties will include**
- Prepare and produce customer invoices
- Liaising with depots, internal teams and external customers to resolve queries
- Detailed excel reconciliations & analytical work of customer revenues
- Data Input
- General Financial & Administration duties
- Weekly review of the un-invoiced report with both the Billings Supervisor and Finance Manager

**Finer details**:
Salary depending on experience £20,000-£25,000 per annum

Full time / Office based role
