**Finance Administrator (Hybrid) - Wakefield - £24k - £28k + benefits**

Our client is a well-established and very successful production company based in Wakefield, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator to join their existing team, working 1-2 days from home ifrequired.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Invoice Finance Figures
- Completing daily invoices and distributing to customer
- Posting remittances received on Finance System and raising Credit control notes
- Monitor Daily bank transactions and update relevant files.
- Sales Reconciliation
- Bank Rec, including DD/non-Sales ledger cash rec/manual payments.
- Carrying out relevant Credit Checks

**All applicants must possess the following skills / experience**:

- Previous experience within a similar position is essential
- Credit control experience is beneficial
- Previous financial experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be career driven and a good team player

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm with 45 minutes for lunch - also with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week if required
