Working: 8.5 Hours per week on a sunday

- Diary management, appointment making
- Adhoc duties as required buy the manager

- Experience of front of house duties.

- Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of Residents.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent with computers, IT and software packages

- A flair for building effective relationships with both new and existing colleagues.
