**Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the company strategy.**

**You do not need marketing experience and full training will be given. Ideally you will be a Graduate or an A level leaver with the ability to communicate at all levels. The career progression is fantastic, and you will be given full support.**

It will be a full 360 role with the opportunity to get involved with online and offline marketing support whether it be the collation and delivery of marketing campaigns, the coordination and design of catalogues, supporting with roadshows and events or driving our digital presence. No day will be the same in the Marketing Department

The Marketing Assistant role requires an individual with impeccable attention to detail as you are at the forefront of the business, communicating with customers daily. You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to organise and prioritise workload in a fast-paced, yet extremely rewarding role.

You will have a passion for customers, products, communication and digital

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the company social media activity, from drafting posts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement to launching and reporting on campaigns.
- Working with the external creative agency daily to brief and manage marketing design work.
- Liaising with Divisional Sales Managers to draft monthly customer newsletters per sector for sign off from the Marketing Manager.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to compile and communicate Marketing Campaign wrap up reports.
- Collate weekly and monthly marketing stats to compile reports on marketing activity for the department and wider business.
- Liaising with the Sales department to support events/roadshows, whether that be producing marketing materials, collating merchandise, organising internal resource or sending communications externally.
- Gathering quotes and delivering proposals to the Marketing Manager for Merchandise.
- Working with the Marketing Manager and Procurement team to seamlessly launch new products.
- To support the management and maintenance of product marketing collateral.
- Liaising with their ESG manager to identify key topics to communicate with their customers and support collateral where required.
- Producing and maintaining a content calendar that will require blog writing on a weekly basis.
- Supporting HR with any communication or design work, as and when required.
- Maintenance of internal marketing files.

- Be able to clearly prioritise workload and deliver to deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain accountable to deadlines.
- Proven track record of strong organising and co-ordination skills
- Ability to work in a team whilst being a self-motivated individual.

- Proven proactive and efficient task management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-up on projects and action items. (advantageous)
- Relevant educational qualifications
- Previous relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
