**Sales Account Executive**

**Salary; £23,000- £28,000 DOE - Generous Commission structure OTE £47,000 - £62,000**

**Hours;**Monday to Friday 9-6pm (2 Saturdays every month, however you then receive a day off in the week)

**Permanent - full time**

**What will you be doing as a Sales Account Executive?**
- Selling motor car finance to customers who are interested in purchasing a new car
- Guiding customers through the full process from inception through to completion, building relationships, finding the right lender from a selection on our panel
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service to customers, lenders, internal management and stakeholders
- Hitting set targets and KPI’s via warm leads (given 300 leads pcm - sourced from mainly google)

Our Sales teams receive in excess of 300 warm leads a month generated across multiple media platforms and google, they speak with potential clients who are actively looking to purchase a vehicle.

**What do we require from you as a Sales Account Executive?**
- Proven experience in outbound sales
- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent relationship builder, who can think outside of the box, with impeccable telephone manner and able to skilfully handle objections
- An understanding of the motor finance sector is preferred but not essential
- Professional, motivated, and passionate attitude

**What are the benefits as a Sales Account Executive?**
- Basic Salary: £23,000- £28,000 DOE
- Generous Commission structure OTE YR1 £47,000 - £62,000
