Due to project growth the position of **SHE Advisor** has become available to join our TfL Framework, based in **London**

Transport for London are one of Britain’s key City Local Authorities. Responsible for the city’s infrastructure which includes Highways, Major Structures, Rail, River Transport and supporting technology. Costain under a number of Frameworks support TfL in their expansion and sustainability and are one of their major providers. We are currently undertaking a number of feasibility and concept designs to support future developments.

This role will be site based 5 days a week

**Role Requirements**
- H&S degree or equivalent NEBOSH/NVQ
- Support and Influence Contract Leadership Team, Clients, and other Stakeholders in compliance with the SHE Management System and Contract SHE Performance
- Support and where required deliver training, to allow the contract team to successfully implement the SHE Management System
- Coach and support the Contract Operational and Supply Chain Contractors in the delivery of the Contract SHE requirements
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
