**Hours**: Full time (36.5 hpw)

**Travel/Expenses**: Car is required expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to your Assigned Office)

**Assigned Office**: Depending where you live your stated office will be Nottingham or Cambridge, but you can work from anywhere

**The role of BC Support Consultant**

**About You (The Essentials)**
- Experience in working with D365 BC/NAV or similar ERP systems
- Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills to liaise with both customers and third parties effectively
- Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
- Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
