Our Outreach service runs pan London, working alongside young people impacted and involved with the criminal justice system. We are looking for a Caseworker to join our team and deliver a holistic service to the young people referred to us. We are looking for a kind, creative, motivated and approachable individual to support our mission to enable young people to use their strengths to live a life where they feel safe and fulfilled.
You should be experienced in delivering specialist advice services within the youth and community or another relevant sector, managing a caselist of young people. You should have working knowledge of supporting young people impacted by violence You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work alongside statutory and other voluntary services. You will be required to meet young people in court, police stations, prisons and community settings, as well as at our main day centre in Camden. If you have the required skills and are passionate about supporting young people, then we would love to hear from you.
**Salary**: The starting salary for the role is £30,000. The salary scale is: AP26 (£30,000) to AP30
(£33,400). New Horizon Youth Centre contributes up to 6% to a group personal pension
scheme.
