We are looking to recruit a part time Admin Assistant to help support our existing Admin Team in delivering amazing service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking in quotes using Google Calendar.
- Creating quotes and invoices through our accounting system FreeAgent.
- Liaising with customers and staff to ensure jobs are completed to satisfaction

What we offer:

- Attractive Working Hours: The role is a Monday to Thursday, 9:30am to 2:30pm role meaning you can fit it around school or childcare arrangements.
- Competitive Salary: £13 per hour.

You will never miss a school performance or sports day and we shut down the whole business at Christmas so that we can all enjoy the festive season. **Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills, with Google Workspace including Gmail and Calendar a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
- Admin experience would be preferred.
