Do you have a passion for great hospitality?Can you deliver high quality service and customer satisfaction? We’re searching for an experienced Assistant F&B Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in one of the UK most popular holiday parks.

**The job**:

- Oversee the day to day running of food, beverage and retail products to the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee company guidelines are observed and only agreed suppliers and products are ordered, stocked and used onsite.
- To monitor and control all income and expenditure ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted by the supervisors and achievement of agreed profit targets and report discrepancies to General Manager.
- Work alongside the Group retail manager in the design and implementation of new menus and products to further develop these areas.
- Review all departments and sales within the F&B and retail outlets and develop new sales opportunities in line with the company guidelines.
- To produce reports and action plans as required by the general manager, Group Retail Manager and Director of Operations.
- Recruit, mature and motivate a team of staff ensuring correct levels and standards are attained.
- To ensure a safe working environment that complies with the standards of Health & Safety, hygiene and licensing required by current legislation.
- Carry out additional duties as required and at the discretion of the General Manager including acting as Duty Manager.

- Confidence and ambition in being able to deal with a variety of catering events and functions
- Capability to supervise, train and manage new and existing employees.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business.
- Self-motivated.
- Organisational skills.
