As we approach our busy summer season, we have multiple positions available in our Food and Beverage, Kitchen, and Housekeeping departments. If you have a passion for providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
- **Food and Beverage Team Member**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately with a pleasant attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Running food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serving them to customers

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including Evenings, mornings weekends and holidays

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus

- Good understanding of kitchen and kitchen appliance cleaning techniques.
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible schedule, including Evenings, mornings weekends and holidays
- **Housekeeping Team Member**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests
