**The role**:

- Manage the procurement for assigned new supply or service requirements in line with procurement process
- Assist with contract management of existing contracts as required
- Maintain contract register and audit contract records for completeness
- Work closely alongside package/project management team to support their requirements
- Ensuring Procurement Guidelines and Processes are followed by project teams
- Continuously liaise and co-ordinate with the legal, finance, Commercial, Engineering, HSE and Quality teams
- Work with legal team to support contract execution.
- Assisting with Quantity Surveying and Commercial duties

- Diligent: Your solid attention to detail will ensure that project documentation is accurate and you follow up with others where needed to ensure outstanding information or actions are completed.
- Independent: Happy to work with mínimal supervision. You know when you need to ask for help and are comfortable doing so.
- Team Work - Working alongside various business units to ensure compliance and supporting with their requirements accordingly
- Discrete: Used to managing confidential or sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Quantity Surveying / Commercial / Fiance Qualification preferred
- Some experience of procurement beneficial.
- Basic understanding of NEC / JCT Contracts beneficial
- Computer literate in MS Packages including Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Enthusiastic, good team player and problem solver.
- Comfortable flagging problems when they arise and asking for help when needed.
- Ability to be proactive while working independently.
- Able to demonstrate ability to prioritise and manage concurrent workstreams.
