You don’t need previous experience in care to join us as we train, monitor and support our staff. All we want is for you to be caring and compassionate and we will teach you the rest
If you think that’s you, why not think about joining us? We are currently offering block shifts, working a 3 on 3 off pattern, either 6 hours (currently 0700hrs to 1300hrs or 1630hrs to 2230hrs) or a split shift of 12 hours (currently 0700-2230, with a break between 1300hrs and 1630hrs).
These opportunities are on a salaried basis - between £13,400 to £15,400 per annum for 6-hour shifts and between £26,800 to £30,900 per annum for 12-hour shifts. **You are guaranteed this salary, even if we can’t fill your shift with any calls.**
We have a range of benefits, including a holiday entitlement rising to 23 days per annum (for an average working week of 3.5 days) including Bank Holidays.
