Network HR have partnered on a retained basis with a global Investment management business for the hire of a Senior Hr Business Partner in their Ireland offices. This is a newly created role, the first of its kind within the Group. As the Senior Hr BusinessPartner, you will be responsible for all HR functions across the site and will work closely with team members based in different business units across the UK and US. You will work with senior stakeholders and Heads of their COEs and be responsible for themanagement and execution of all aspects of HR within the site including talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, organizational design, employee engagement, and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives. Responsibilities Include:

- Acting as a first point of contact for queries and requests from internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners, and other HR team members, corporate HR partners and employees.
- Partnering with business leaders across business units to design and implement HR solutions, tactical initiatives, programs and policies that achieve short
- and long-term business objectives.
- Providing value-added HR Business Partner support and advice.
- Immersing yourself in the organisation to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and employees on all levels. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high levelof employee engagement,
- Being a proactive thought partner anticipating the different business units needs and serving as a consultant during periods of change.
- Establishing an effective partnership with business leaders as a tenured HR business partner capable of partnering on key talent decisions and providing advice and expertise.
- Effectively leveraging the wider group function and specifically partnering with other HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and the Business Operations & Innovation team to execute business priorities and solutions
- Driving informed decisions by using data to identify trends.
- Using HR data to analyse and inform HR priorities, risks and opportunities.
- Use internal surveys to assess employee engagement and develop action plans to address issues.
- Implementing employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values.
- Managing day-to-day employee relations issues and overseeing and providing expertise in employee relations issues for the business including liaising with outside/internal HR legal counsel as needed
- Assisting with creating and promoting their L&D strategy
- Supporting and managing the early in career talent program process across Ireland
- Supporting the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion needs of the site by being an ambassador and culture champion
- Cultivating and promote a positive, socially responsible business environment across the site.

The successful Senior HR Business partner will be an astute, determined professional who is able to evidence a career in a HR generalist environment ideally within Financial services. You will need:

- 7 years of human resources experience, preferably with financial services.
- Capability in all major human resources disciplines including talent management, succession planning, organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, diversity & inclusion, and employee relations.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and working independently
- Successful track record of relationship building, problem solving, influence and sound judgement
- Demonstrated project and process management backed by strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.
- A highly motivated, energizing attitude with an open and transparent collaboration style
