As part of the CDS Content Services pillar, you will join a growing team of content designers, creatives and editors. You will contribute to the growth of our existing capability and the development of new services to meet broader and more strategic clientneeds.

**About the role**

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone who can
- Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of work across the content pillar
- Interpret client briefs accurately, challenging them when needed
- Support the quoting of work for existing clients and for new opportunities
- Accurately and clearly brief content team members
- Own the reporting on forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis
- Support PM in-flight projects to ensure progress against budget and timescales
- Manage freelance and third-party agencies, resourcing, and costs
- Support on external audits and compliance
- Work toward continuous improvement of efficient team delivery
- Be professional, positive, and helpful when giving and receiving feedback
- Be an enthusiastic and trusted member of the department and agency
- Build a deep understanding of client brands, industries, and market sectors
- Analyse and keep abreast of market trends, bringing new thinking to the team

**Requirements**:

- Some experience in a Traffic Manager or Design Coordinator role
- Proficient user of enterprise-scale workflow management software
- Experienced in working with high-profile clients
- A strong understanding of design and digital content production
- A team player with the competence to collaborate effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ambitious and keen to be successful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good at information gathering and time management
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to make decisions with mínimal guidance???????

**Vetting**

Due to the nature of this role and the business, you will need to either currently hold UK Government clearance to a minimum of SC level or be able to undergo and maintain this level of clearance.
