Our client, an iconic record label, is seeking a **Senior eCommerce Manager** with exceptional skills in the music ecomms space.
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Taking responsibility for eCommerce strategy for the label with a focus on frontline releases from product strategy and initiatives.
- Working in cross-functional teams across frontline releases’ eCommerce strategy and product roll out for frontline artists.
- Working closely with the overall physical strategy for frontline releases.
- Contributing to accurate physical product forecasting for all key releases and manage stock control.
- Ensuring a strategic approach to pricing in order to maximise sales and revenue.
- Forecasting budgets with finance.
- Ensuring ticketing opportunities are being maximised across all artists.
- Collaborating with the marketing, digital, and CRM teams to ensure that the eCommerce initiatives are fully integrated to wider marketing activities.
- Serving as label’s main contact for the eCommerce team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven commercial experience in a record label with strong D2C/eCommerce experience.
- Wider understanding of the UK music market including sales trends.
- Understanding of the official chart rules and associated nuances.
- A passion for music and a passion for physical.
- Strong understanding of core eCommerce best practice.
- Commercial and analytical approach to business, adept at working and achieving store revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills and interpreting data analysis into meaningful strategy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience liaising with third parties.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with eCommerce software and tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and similar platforms.
- Experience working in cross functional teams to complete projects.
