We are searching for a gentle and coordinated carer to promote the well being of our Family. The carer will be required to consult with family members and their collateral to establish care-adjacent needs, and then proceed to perform residential chores such as cleaning, feeding, and transporting individuals. You should also oversee residents' adherence to treatment regimens, where needed.

To ensure success as a carer, you should be respectfully humorous and accustomed to shifting patient demands.

**Carer Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with familial and medical support structures to ascertain members care-related requirements.
- Running errands to ensure that the site remains well-stocked.
- Preparing adequate, nutritional meals and assisting with feeding upon request.
- Performing routine, ad hoc household chores.
- Assisting residents to maneuver safely.
- Clearing spaces from potentially hazardous implements.
- Installing assistive devices to prompt self-directed, less restrained functioning.
- Supervising and assisting with treatment adherence.
- Providing unwavering, appropriate emotional support.

**Carer Requirements**:

- High school diploma.
- Completion of a Home-Based Caring qualification.
- Demonstrable experience as carer or similar.
- Driver's license.
- Gentle and clear verbal communication skills.
- Unobtrusive monitoring skills.
- Earnestly compassionate, resourceful, and sensible.
- Physically mobile with good arm strength.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£16.50 per hour
