**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Group Chairman by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and executing varied support tasks to allow the execs to focus on their managerial and strategic responsibilities.

**WORKING HOURS/PATTERN**:
Normal working week of 37.5 hours; 9am - 5.30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am - 4pm Friday. From time-to-time work may be required outside of normal hours. Leeds office-based role but may require travel nationally as and when.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide high-level PA support to our CEO and Group Chairman as required. Awareness of their key priorities and objectives is essential to be able to effectively manage their time and commitments.
- Organise and maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Provide administrative support for the CEO and Group Chairman such as drafting documents, producing reports and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including logistics, agendas, minute taking and follow-up actions, ensuring smooth proceedings and effective communication.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness, convenience, and adherence to preferences and schedules.
- Assess priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proactively identifying and addressing urgent matters while maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, maintaining trust and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.
- Anticipate and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in addressing challenges as they arise.
- Assisting with projects and initiatives as required. Providing support with project planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Acting as the first point of contact for any external parties visiting the office.

**Experience**

- Able to demonstrate substantial experience working effectively as an EA to senior executives.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in handling correspondence and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong administration skills, including document preparation, calendar management and task coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and managing information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments, with a proactive and solution oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with colleagues and external partners.
