**Role Description**:
- Extensive diary management using Outlook, WebEx, Telepresence and Room Bookings.
- Assist with management of SharePoint sites.
- Produce letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets.
- Answer the telephone and filter calls, take accurate messages and deal with general enquiries; flagging critical items and messages.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Capturing and submitting of expenses using the Concur internal system.
- Invoicing.
- Producing comparite documents.
- General: Marking up documents, typing, copying, scanning and printing.
- Covering for other legal administrative assistants during absences and assisting with work overload.
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects for the teams and wider Legal Department as directed by the Business Support Manager.

The Legal Department provides professional legal services for Bank of America and its subsidiaries. We're a global team that works together to enable Responsible Growth through the delivery of trusted legal advice, investigative process and related professional services.
There are approx. 165 Legal associates across the EMEA region.
Legal is recruiting for an on-site London-based senior legal administrative assistant to join our legal administrative assistant team. It is important to note that adjustments will be made to the work and attorney allocations dependent on workflow and support demands.
This role reports to the EMEA Legal Business Support Manager who is based in London. There are 9 London-based senior legal administrative assistants, one Paris-based and one Dublin-based.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced financial and corporate environment as well as experience gained with a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Exceptional calendar management skills.

- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
