Technical Assistant

The Role
The Technical Assistant will be based in the Holywood office, with the ability to work from home on certain days of the week. The role is responsible to the Secretary-General, who will also work from the Holywood office.
**Key duties will include**:
- Support CIRM staff in all aspects of the organisation and running of CIRM's international meetings; assist with the running of the technical side of CIRM meetings (setting up and testing equipment, loading presentations, ensuring AV functionality, etc);
- Support the CIRM delegation at relevant international meetings, conferences and workshops all over the world, and develop reports for Members on relevant outcomes;
- Maintain the CIRM website including regular updates of dynamic content (meeting calendar, news section, Standards Roadmap, etc.)
- Assist in coordinating the work of CIRM Working Groups;
- Contribute to development of the monthly CIRM Technical Bulletin;
- Respond promptly and comprehensively to member technical queries;
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time.
