I am an elderly gentleman living at home in Cardona looking for a couple of people to join my existing team of support staff. I have been given a Palliative diagnosis and have my family around to support me with a lot of my personal care needs.

I have someone who supports me through the day Monday to Friday, so I am looking for someone to come and help me in the evenings for an hour or two and over the weekend in the morning, at lunchtime, teatime and again at bedtime.

I can be completely flexible on times and durations of visits - I can be good one day and then not so good the next so having someone who can be adaptable to my needs also would be great.

Someone who has experience of working with Palliative patients is preferred but not a requirement should you get on well with me. Ideally someone who works or has worked in care.

You will be paid at a rate of £15 per hour and are entitled to 5.6 weeks annual leave, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
