- **Equans is looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Normaton on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.**

**To support the Head of Technical Services in their roles for all activities within the reactive and planned maintenance team in order to meet and exceed the contracts service objectives. Ensuring effective business relationships are established and maintained with all key stakeholders, customers, partners, contractors and other third parties to deliver first class services.**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- Support the Technical Services Manager and the Technical Operations Team Manager in the development and maintenance of the bespoke PPM system for utilisation by the reactive and planned team(s).
- Support the Technical Operations Team Manager in leading and developing personnel, identifying training requirements through gap analysis and initiating a program to deliver a resourced, informed and motivated team.
- Support the Technical Operations Team Manager in the day-to-day delivery of all hard services, both through PPM’s and control of reactive works to ensure response and rectification times are met in line with SLA’s/KPI’s and performance levels. Review and report on staff productivity in order to ensure the services remains efficient and effective, sensitive to seasonal workload fluctuations.
- Support the Technical Operations Team Manager to ensure the Integrity of all critical systems - HV, LV, UPS, Water Systems, Pressure Systems, LOLER to current Legislative, Regulatory and Statutory requirements.
- Support the Technical Operations Team Manager and Technical Compliance Managers to ensure appropriate levels of AP, CP and RP personal are trained, qualified and experienced in each required discipline. Additionally, to ensure a suitable, sufficient and lean on call rota is managed, maintained and communicated, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures in order to demonstrate appropriate financial and budgetary compliance.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Substantial understanding of relevant Department of Health, Regulatory and Legislative issues.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of processes and procedures relevant to the role, including quality assurance requirements, techniques and processes.
- Have some electrical experience
- Basic commercial and financial awareness with proven knowledge of budgetary control
- Qualified to HNC or equivalent in engineering discipline
- Accredited to IOSH
- Understanding of internal / external stakeholders & partners and their requirements.
- Excellent motivation and influencing skills with a positive can-do attitude

This role includes a DBS Enhanced check therefore ability to pass is essential.
