This is an intermediate role within our Investment Intelligence group that interacts with clients every day. CX Analysts serve as the frontline in delivering our client experience by answering inbound questions about the client’s solution stack - whether that’s data, technology or a combination of both. You’ll support some of the most sophisticated firms in the world on both simple and complex problems, lending your technical expertise and demonstrating your passion for helping others.

About You

You have ambition to build a career in the fintech (financial technology) sector and love working with data. In addition to talent in quantitative analytics, you possess a growth mindset and drive to continuously expand your knowledge and skills. Your strong emotional intelligence quotient coupled with outstanding communication ability allows you to see things from the client’s perspective and provide clear, succinct and helpful guidance. You’re energized by challenges and actively seek out opportunities to improve yourself and your team. Both a self-starter and a team player, you want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance organization that achieves outstanding results, both for our business and our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or other data-intensive discipline
- Strong analytic capabilities and data fluency
- Minimum three years of professional experience
- Advanced Excel skill
- Practiced acumen for accelerated learning and mastering complex data, processes, and technology
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skill and the ability to break down complex information for others
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a detailed focus on accuracy
- Proven track record managing time-sensitive requests
- Experience working to KPIs
- Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in capital markets and/or investments
- A professional presence appropriate for representing the global Nasdaq brand
- Experience in asset management, financial advisory, investment consulting, institutional investments or capital markets
- Working with colleagues globally, including offshore resources
- Managing the needs of internal clients and stakeholder requirements
- Familiarity with indexing principles, index-linked financial products or market data
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Fluent in more than one language
