About The Accountancy Partnership

A full time Security Officer is required to join a modern, technology focused accounting and software company in Wirral. The Accountancy Partnership has been in business for 15 years and since that time has recruited a client base of more than 13,000.

The company has grown more than 40% year on year since inception and now employ around 100 members of staff. We now require a manned security officer on site to assist with staff safety and protection in the case of an unexpected event and to escort staff to our offsite car park.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Open and lock up office (unless anyone is working late)
- Monitor external CCTV
- Escorting staff to offsite car park
- Fire alarm testing (twice a week)
- Regular external patrols
- Having a professional and polite attitude towards staff and clients
- Complete all relevant paperwork such as log books and incident reports
- Be responsible for completing assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner
- Be an ambassador for The Accountancy Partnership, taking pride in the work you undertake
- Respond to all security incidents and write detailed incident reports
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

- SIA license is essential (SG or DS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow instructions
- A professional manner and personal integrity
- The willingness to go the extra mile
- Flexibility to work with the business needs
- A 5 year checkable work or education history (BS7858 Security Screening)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
