Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.
Key duties and responsibilities of the **Donor Care Project Lead**:
- **Delivering Customer Care**
- Acting as a telephone/face-to-face hub for all stakeholders (donors, suppliers, agencies, staff) providing customers with general assistance and information, to ensure excellence in customer service and a timely response for business continuity
- Modelling how a Donor Care advisor should exhibit themselves on and off the phone and how to consistently radiate our qualities on and off the phone
- ** Supervision and Performance Monitoring**
- Keep a record of staff performances and have individual targets set per subordinate
- To have weekly meetings with the team members to discuss current performance and future plans
- Provide one-to-one support to advisors to help them deal with any issues they may be facing
- To ensure staff morale is high, creating and maintaining a positive working environment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, mangers, directors and the general public.
- Training the relevant subordinates on the team to assure they maintain immaculate customer service on and off the phones in response to the donors needs
**Administration**
- To maintain and develop new admin procedures/systems via updating records (such as absence tracker) and ensuring maintenance of physical and electronic documents/data to keep all records secure and accurate as possible for business efficient purposes
- Maintain health and safety standards by reporting hazards, antisocial behaviours, CCTV observations to the relevant personnel.
- Provide secretarial support including transcribing, arranging and participating in meetings, minute taking, follow up filing/data input, routing correspondence, drafting and circulating communications as required, securing/keeping confidential sensitive information. All to allow efficient meetings and secure distribution of confidential information
- Updating/inputting transactions onto all logs/systems including Salesforce, DMS, AMS, absence tracker, receipts log, return mail, cheques, to ensure records are secure and accurate as possible for business efficiency purposes

- 1-2 years of similar experience
