HappyWoods Nursery is excited to be recruiting for a passionate Early Years Room Leader to join the team and be part of the HappyWoods family.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To**
- Work closely with your team to support a shared vision of the Toddlers nursery room
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children to learn, play and develop
- Create interesting and inspiring activities to children to learn through play
- Build relationships with key children and record their interests and achievements through observations
- Use a friendly approach with parents and carers

This Room Leader role is offering £23,00 - £26,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week, the nursery is open from 07:45am to 6:00pm.

**To Be Successful For This Role You Should**
- Have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- Have experience working with children aged 0 to 5 in a nursery environment
- Experience of working in line with the EYFS framework
- Have at least 3 solid years of experience in Early Years
