Behaviour and SEMH Leader Job Start: May / June 2024 Location: Enfield, North East London Contract type: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only). Oasis Academy Hadley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High-performing and continuously improving, we are located in our state-of-the-art building, a two-minute walk from Ponders End train station. The room leader in each learning area oversees the learning and provides mentoring, guidance and support to individual students. They work under the direction of the Head of Inclusion and the alternative provision leader. Mainstream teachers contribute to the teaching in both areas.The room leaders will review students’ progress on a daily basis and liaise with key staff, parents and other professionals accordingly.
