We are looking for someone who is hungry to truly push their creativity and profound skills to the next level by not just working for one brand but collaborating closely with our many global customers to create bespoke and meaningful content for their alumni communities. In this role you will be responsible for creating, editing and managing a wide range of digital content to engage and inform our customers’ alumni.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content strategy: in collaboration with our customers develop (and in some cases also execute) a comprehensive alumni content strategy based on our customers’ needs and requirements to create a flourishing alumni network
- Content creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including alumni spotlights, newsletters, social media content and alumni content related articles
- Content calendar: Create and manage a content calendar for our customers
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility of customer content in search engines and increase organic traffic
- Content editing: Review and edit customer content for accuracy, grammar, style (tone of voice) and adherence to their brand guidelines
- Social Media Management: Manage social media campaigns for our customers to boost traffic to their alumni platforms (predominantly but not limited to LinkedIn)
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant customer teams and stakeholders to ensure full understanding of branding, tone of voice and expectations
- Analytics: Use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and marketing efforts and advise customers / adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay informed: Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in content creation and marketing as well as corporate alumni engagement.

**Experience**:

- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
- Track record of exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with international customers at all levels and in particular high-profile clients.
- A collaborative and energetic team player and driven self-starter, with a positive mindset and excellent work ethic.
