**Dynamics 365/Power Platform (Business Applications) Practice Lead**

We are seeking a passionate, immersed, and experienced Dynamics 365/Power Platform Team Lead to join our busy professional services practice to lead the Business Applications Practice and assist with client engagements, presales, and project delivery. The role encompasses strategy, design consultancy and development of Core’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional Services requirements.

You will have previous experience of team leadership, consulting and/or architecture, functional and business analysis, and customisation. The principal focus of this role will be consulting on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, whilst leading and shaping a Business Applications Practice that has opportunity to grow quickly. As the lead, you will provide technical escalation support and guidance to team members.

This is a hands-on role, where you will also be involved with client project delivery, presales demonstrations, the evolution of our established product offerings, innovation of new product offerings, and community engagement with a target to be 50% billable to client projects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- This role will lead our Business Applications Practice encompassing:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
- Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Pages, Power BI
- Related development practices and processes, including Azure DevOps
- Team leadership including consultant recruitment, internal and outsourced third party resourcing for technical deliverables, escalation support, staff reviews and mentoring.
- Lead the review and evolution of existing solutions in addition to championing innovation for new capabilities.
- Work with customers to determine business requirements, articulating value-driven objectives through functional requirements, defining quality gates and appropriate testing leading to the delivery of robust and reliable solutions.
- Work with the Project Management Office through either predictive or adaptive (agile-lean) methods for the delivery of engagements.
- Be actively engaged with the community, industry, and the wider marketspace. Understanding market shifts, identifying technical innovation opportunities, and using the knowledge for the development of the wider team.
- Identifying, adopting, and/or adapting appropriate systems, methods, tools, and techniques to support the success of the team and solution delivery.
- Technical oversight across all stages of development and customisation of our customer engagements.
- Represent Core at various industry events and engagements.
- Actively seek to develop own capability and knowledge. Uses this to coach and mentor team members; creating a supporting environment to develop and deliver their best work.
- Contribute to the evolution of organisational standards and policies for solution development.

**What we are looking for**

**Skills/Experience**
- Ability to direct a team of cloud service consultants, specialists, and developers.
- Experience of leading project deliveries and portfolios with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders of various levels and with disparate goals.
- Practised pre-sales engagement.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and demonstration skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Business Apps technology capabilities.
- Breadth of knowledge across architecture principles, systems development, design, programming, service transition, business change management.

**Essential Technical Skills**
A practical mix of the following skills are desirable:

- Expert level/5+ years working with Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
- Expert level/5+ years working with Power Platform and related technologies.
- Associate level/2-3+ years working with MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, KingswaySoft and/or other prominent data migration and integration solutions.
- Associate level/2-3+ years working with Azure DevOps including repositories, pipelines, and test plans.
- Experience of working with Click Dimensions, PTX, and other integration partners.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft development stack such as.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C#.Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using.Net
- Working knowledge of related Microsoft 365 functionality in SharePoint, Exchange, and other M365 services.
- Appreciation and understanding of relevant Azure services such as Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure Functions.
- Appreciation and understanding of Microsoft Sales Copilot.
