**Permanent Position Required**: Dynamics 365 Developer

I have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing NfP organisation as a Dynamics 365 Developer, where you will manage all development and CRM/Power Platform support activities and maintenance tasks.

**Location**: London or Hertfordshire

**Salary**: £66,000

**Agile / Hybrid working**:

- flexible but 1-2 days onsite per week

**As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will**:

- Understand and support the delivery of new features
- Liaise with Business Systems Support team to develop support materials and technical documentation
- Work closely with the Development Team to ensure that solutions are handed over as per requirements
- Maintain and create solutions for SharePoint and MS Power Platform including PowerApps and Power Automate
- Support the D365 solutions
- Support testing of new solutions and Features
- Know about user experience analysis and principles, explain the purpose of user stories, and focus on user needs.
- Have a general understanding of information security and the types of security controls that can be used to mitigate security threats within solutions and services.

**A successful Dynamics 365 Developer will have**:

- Experience as a developer on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
- Experience with MS Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate etc.
- Strong CRM system support experience
- Experience across Azure is advantageous but not required
- Good problem solving and stakeholder skills
