**The Accounts Administrator Role**:
Reporting to the Account Receivable Team Leader of the Finance Department the accounts Administrator will be responsible for processing and reconciling the Amazon sales accounts and providing the necessary information to their team.

**What will you be doing?**

+ Data entry of invoices and credit notes
+ Processing Amazon Shortages and Rebates per country
+ Processing Amazon marketing invoices on a regular basis across all countries
+ Reconciling Amazon settlements to invoices and credit notes
+ Investigating and resolving any outstanding sales ledger items
+ Performing key reconciliations
+ Assisting with monthly reporting
+ General office administration as required
+ Ad hoc tasks required by the business and managers

**What are we looking for?**

+ Superb communication skills both written and verbal
+ IT Literate with a good understanding of Excel and Formulas
+ Sage 200 experience desirable
+ Ability to work to deadlines
+ Methodical and strong attention to detail
+ Ability to work on tasks independently
+ Finance qualifications are not required, but desirable.
