We’re currently recruiting for an L&D Specialist who, reporting to the Talent Programme Partner will ensure the support for learning activities, our Learning Management System & development needs across the organisation.

You’ll be contractually based at our Chelmsford office, with an expectation of working from the office one day per week.

**Your Role**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all learning related queries, ensuring appropriate responses are provided and escalating when appropriate
- Track, analyse & report on all learning activity and build robust learning records
- Review and monitor attendance and create utilisation data, to ensure both learning and cost effectiveness of development programmes.
- Monitor and maintain our Learning Management System, including event management, content refresh, adhoc reports and assignment of learning.
- Identify, recommend and implement streamlined processes to ensure the most time and cost effective method, making it easy for employees to develop
- Provide additional administrative support around other L&D activities, where appropriate including booking of meetings, preparing materials, scheduling and booking development solutions.
- Support colleagues learning through an apprenticeship, including on boarding, query resolution and general learner support
- Maintain online resources library, ensuring appropriate alignment to our Behaviours Framework.
- Manage and monitor external supplier agreements within agreed terms, including training and apprenticeships and professional bodies

**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of LMS systems
- Working knowledge of L&D best practice
- Advanced MS skills, including significant experience working with Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Recruitment process experience would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and present complex information in a clear and simple way
- Eligible to work in the UK
