You will help drive the growth and ongoing management of the Depositary Receipts client portfolio in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA). You will be responsible for leading and expanding TAS Sales efforts in the region for the product, with a specific focus on executing across key growth initiatives.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Drive DR sales process in EMEA across prospect names and intermediaries to win new mandates and grow revenues
- Create and influence execution of calling plans and strategic sales initiatives, including preparation of request for proposal (RfP) responses, pricing approvals and tailored sales pitches
- Develop relationships within the Investment Bank with key coverage teams to leverage bank relationships, representing the Bank at industry conferences/seminars and awards
- Develop and assist driving the execution of strategic short and longer-term sales execution plans (new products, market sizing, buying centre identification, priority targets) and sales campaigns (calling, bid activity) for growth areas, ensuring consistent tracking and accountability across the sales team
- Provide strategic oversight around the development of communication materials to aid sales communication with internal/external audiences
- Support ongoing relationship management of our client base with regards to corporate actions and contract renewals

**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant sales, product, and corporate strategy experience, preferably gained in a leading corporate and/or financial institution; Equity Capital Markets/ Depositary Receipts/ Investor Relations experience
- Strong knowledge of depositary receipts product alongside a track record of positive client engagement, involving the entire sales cycle (access, bids, wins, closes)
- Existing relationships/established network with relevant intermediaries
- An aspiration to be responsible for aggressive revenue targets, build new and successful relationships
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to articulate clearly to an executive audience and present on a variety of topics to senior stakeholders (internally/externally)
- Foreign language skills including German, Spanish or French, beneficial
