We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to provide maternity cover within our small Finance team.

Support nature’s recovery by helping to manage the use of restricted funding we receive for our exciting projects across the three counties.

What you’ll be doing
- Assisting project managers and teams across the organisation to develop creative projects which meet our goals and will appeal to potential funders
- Developing and implementing effective project monitoring systems against budget, and reporting deadlines
- Keeping the project register up to date, flagging and reporting risk to project managers and Project Board
- Building relationships with project managers, Project Board and Fundraising Teams.

What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to coordinate complicated projects and meet deadlines
- Budget setting skills
- Proven ability to coach, develop and maintain effective working relationships during the project management process
- Highly Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, and project management and reporting tools
- A willing and eager team player with a flexible approach to work.

**Salary**:£24,500 (pro rata) per annum (FTE £30,625)

**Contract**: Fixed Term for 1 year

**Hours**: 28 hours per week

**Based**:2-3 days per week (incl. Thursdays) in Littlemore office, Oxford, with remaining days hybrid
