- **Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Rochdale, OL12 6LD on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of 23-25k PA dependent on experience and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:Term time 12pm - 8pm Mon
- Fri/Non term time 8am - 4pm Mon - Fri

**What will you deliver?**:

- Line manage a small team of domestic cleaners, including approving holidays, providing cover for holidays, appraisals, toolbox talks and other Line Management duties.
- Ensure SLA’s and KPi’s within the contract are delivered and met.
- Coordinate the work delivery of a small team of domestic cleaners. e.g. set to work, monitor attendance, resourcing, stock, supplies and equipment. Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Conduct periodic cleaning audits.
- Provide cover, even if this means cleaning yourself.
