Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will effectively process all Sales Estimates as directed for Norwich Aluminium. You must possess excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence; you will be liaising with customers and suppliers as well as communicating with other internal departments. You must also present a strong attention to detail and be methodical in your approach working within a high paced Sales & Estimating environment.
- Process quotation requests through Genesis / ReynaPro, adding in supplier quotes where applicable.
- Assist Design and Contracts departments with project queries.
- Meet clients in the office/showroom to present products, discuss requirements, talk through quotes and offer technical advice.
- Create Genesis/Reyna-pro quotation document for new enquiries **Create a digital quotation file for new enquiries.**:

- Create paper version of quotation file and print all relevant documents.
- Respond to customer requests for digital information on products.
- Supply simple CAD details of products for clients when requested.
- Offer and justify potential discounts and cost savings for customers in order to 'win' the order
- File completed quotations
- Provide Managing Director and Finance Director with relevant figures when required.
- Provide Head of Contracts with requested information for variations.

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
