We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Co-production Lead to work alongside the Co-production Manager to help lead the implementation of the co-production strategy in line with our Strategic Plan.

This is a brand new role for Avenues group so it’s a good opportunity for you to help shape the position.

The role is full time, 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday and Avenues offers hybrid working. The role is mainly based at our Head Office in Sidcup however travel to other subsidiaries and areas is essential and so overnight stays once or twice a month will be required.

In this role you will also:

- Facilitate Local Engagement Groups across the organisation including recruiting and training members.
- Support the delivery of the quality checkers strategy including the recruitment and training of Quality Checkers across the group
- Provide accessible information to the people we support and support both operational and central services teams to use a range of formats

**What are we looking for?**
- Have a background working in the education sector, social care or in any advocacy roles
- Experience of working with people who have a learning disability
- Experience of working with people who do not use speech as a way to communicate (desirable)
- Knowledge of the use of assistive technology in supporting communication (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver with full UK driving licence and access to own car for business use.
