Customer Services Scheduler Responsibilities:
Confident team player required who can work in a busy customer dominated role at times under pressure and always as part of a team
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure site surveys are undertaken.
- Monitor contractor reports and assess best estimates
- Contact relevant contractors to authorise works to be undertaken
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client jobs and schedules
- Ensure all complaints and issues are resolved within set timeframes

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in use of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent customer relationship building skills.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
