If so, we are currently looking for an Early Careers Coordinator to join our Learning & Development team.

**Outline of the role**

This role will see you being responsible for the onboarding and continual development of all GAP Talent across Farrans. Working with the wider L&D team to ensure success and continuous improvement of the Farrans Foundation scheme. In addition to working collaboratively with the HR & Recruitment teams to ensure smooth attraction and onboarding.

As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will be responsible for

**Apprentices**
- Engaging with key stakeholders in the business and Universities, whilst supporting apprentices through university, to ensure that all have access to the training and knowledge required to continually grow and succeed
- Identify mentors to support at varying different levels through the apprenticeship journey
- Delivery and management of Apprentice Skills Development programme, including technical and personal development

**Graduates & Placements**
- Build and maintain working relationships will all GAP employees to nurture and develop them within Farrans from day one
- Identify high performers to award bursaries and personal development to
- Liaise with regional directors to ensure rotation of placements/graduates
- Delivery and management of 2-year graduate programme, including technical and personal development
- Take a proactive approach to periodically gather feedback on the Farrans Foundation programme to ensure we are meeting the needs of both the business and graduate
- Continually look at new ways of improving the programme, reviewing current curriculum, and making changes where necessary.
- One to one meeting with graduates & line managers to track performance and gather information
- Assist with chartership process within the business, attending Learning Groups and supporting completions.

**Internal Talent Development**
- Chartership support & engagement with all the relevant professional bodies, all G.A.P and wider business, as well as allocating and supporting mentors.

**Your required Skills and Experience**
- Coaching qualification and/ or experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with internal & external stakeholders at all levels
- A problem solver; both practical and innovative
- Highly organised and methodical, who is able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong influencer and relationship builder
- Self-motivated, capable of working under mínimal supervision and on own initiative
- Highly enthusiastic individual with an excellent professional demeanour
- Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment
