About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services, including loading and unloading stock, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading stock at the branch and customer premises
  • Completing paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with regular customers
  • Working collaboratively with the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of stock

Requirements

  • Cat C / 18T Licence
  • Previous experience of driving (at least two years)
  • Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred
  • Ability to carry out manual deliveries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
